Bug report : Style page not working

Hi Folks , a few days ago i bought a Encratis's Behemoth Shoulder style page from the Vendor --- and it won't work , i click use and nothing. i Tried swapping toons etc etc no result. i logged a bug report but have not had any response.
Could you help please
