Emperor's Secret bug

In the Mortal Touch prologue questline, the quest "Emperor's Secret" is apparently bugged. I can't knock Henna's door because it is locked (image bellow). I can't use the unlock pick because it doesn't allow me. I'm stuck.
Am I doing something wrong? I did this quest two times before and didn't see this problem.

Scaletho✭✭✭✭✭Ok, it's solved. I found that I need to knock in a very narrow and weird part of the door, very close.
The quest is kinda buggy, but there is a way.1 -
