Constantly crashing

Right now my game does crash every 10 to 20 minutes during pvp in cyrodiil. It crashes to desktop without any error message or report to sent.

All other games i play are working perfectly fine without crashes.

System:
PC (EU)
Windows 10 (up-to-date)
nvidia gpu - GTX 1070TI (gpu drivers are up-to-date)
intel cpu i7 4770k
16G Ram
M.2 SSD

I have tried:

repair game
remove all addons
remove all usersettings
remove savedvariables
delete shader
complete new install of the game
reinstall of gpu drivers
start game windows and full screen
start the game without the launcher
play with and without multithreading
different graphic settings
and a few more

nothing did help. The game is right now in an unplayable state for me and i don't know how to fix it.
Btw i have talked to some others and they have the same problem but not as extreme as mine but the game keeps crashing to desktop without and error message.

I looked at the windows report for the crash and it says error within the module ntdll.dll

I have the exact same issue, same faulting module, which I've already posted in another thread. Even reinstalling windows didn't fix it for me.

So tonight I noticed there was still one thing I haven't tried, and that is running the game with admin rights. So far I haven't got any crashes at all. But it's only been 2-3 hours so I have to see if that really fixes the crashing issue (usually my game crashes every 10-15 mins after last patch)

Thank you for adding the DxDiag to your initial post. After checking over your system specifications, we noticed that User DPI was set to above 100%. Try lowering this setting to exactly 100% and see if it helps with crash performance.

Thank you for your response.

I tried to set the DPI setting to 100% in the windows setting but the problem with crashes still there. Is there another setting I need to change (in game)?

Since changing the DPI has not helped, we recommend at this point to open a ticket with customer support for further assistance with this issue.
