PS5 EU Server constant game chat UI error

I've been getting this error constantly for about 45 minutes it is:
/EsoUI/Ingame/VoiceChat/Console/ZO_VoiceChat_Manager.lua: 703: attempt to index a nil value
Stack traceback:

    I am also getting it on the PS5 NA server, it is making the game unplayable.

    Try deleting the local save data which may help with this UI error.
    1. From the PlayStation Dynamic Menu, navigate to Settings.
    2. Go to Application Saved Data.
    3. In Application Saved Data, select The Elder Scrolls Online box
    4. Press the [Options] button of the controller on the ESO Save Data.
    5. Select Delete.

    After you have cleared your game save data, restart your console and try logging back into the game.
