PS5 version needs a patch?

I can't use my PS5 version of Eso. Whenever I try to open it I get the message "Needs a patch". However nothing downloads? I have also tried searching for updates which comes back with error. Please help!

    Have you tried fully reinstalling ESO on your PS5 to help resolve this error?
