Single Character Stuck - cannot load main character Xbox Series X

Hi Team,

Posting for my friend who doesn't have a Forum account. Main character cannot login, has tried all recommended avenues including deleting and reinstalling the entire game overnight. Can you please step in and help? He's entered a few support tickets via the game ~10 hours ago.
