Disk space for Waking Flame update

I understand that including voice-overs and all that can lead to a lot of space being taken up by ESO, but I freed up 60gb of space for the Waking Flame update, which involved deleting every other game on my computer but one, and I still was told by the launcher that I didn't have enough free space. Out of desperation, I deleted another 60gb of video game footage that I had recorded over the years to finally be able to update the game and log in. This is... not good. I shouldn't need to empty my computer of 120gb of space just to be able to log in to ESO. Please figure out a way to do better next time.

An "Out of disk space" error is often due to an anti-virus program blocking the patch. In some circumstances, the exception will need to be removed and re-added back as an exception to your antivirus program.

The application files that may require exceptions are:
    • Bethesda.net_launcher: C:\Program Files (x86)\ZenimaxOnline\Launcher
    • ESO.exe: C:\Program Files (x86)\ZenimaxOnline\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client\eso.exe
    • ESO64.exe: C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client\eso64.exe
    • Steam.exe: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steam.exe

Some antivirus programs require entire folders to be selected instead of a single file. When this is the case, the file paths below are what players should use. If required by the anti-virus program, include all subfolders since every file is critical to run the game.
    • C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\
    • C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\

There are some additional troubleshooting steps for Error 104 in the thread below.

Can't repair the client with 40GB free, not enough disk space error (104) - edit: error 1112 and 210
