I am trying to open this game for past 2 days and all I am getting Is the same error message, infact i can't even put in my ID or password at all, i am just met with a login button, i press it and it shows me this error "An unexpected internal error has occurred, please contact customer service at...etc", i tried contacting, they aren't helping, i tried everything on their help page, it's still the same and i have tried running it through the eso64.exe file but if i do that, it just tells me that if i bought it on steam (which i did), to open the game through steam, can anyone help, my library says 6 hours of playing this game but i haven't even made a character at all, it's just me trying to fix this and it's not working
