Unable to connect to game server
I can not login to one of my characters because I get, "Unable to connect to game server" I can create a new character and play without issue, I can play every other game on my Xbox, so I know my connection is just fine. What do I do to get to my MAIN character? Who do I contact? Support ticket? Getting frustrated! Help!?!? Thanks!

Lvl 45 Templar, Nord, Ebonheart Pact
I am in Grahtwood and was trying to leave the Cathedral of the Golden Path when I was booted this morning.
I have cleared my cache, reset my router, uninstalled and re-installed the game.
ESO version 1.23.1.0
I have deleted reserved data
Did a hard restart
Oh and burnt a smudge stick1 -
MAC address??? seemed to do the trick, but I think it was more coincidence.... to be honest. :-)0
