How to change Security Question without knowing answer

So I recently decided to change my in-game User ID, and for the life of me can't remember what one off band I was listening to in November of 2013. I tried to change the question and it needs me to answer it, and I tried to follow the prompts on the website, which led me to the same prompt. I'm wondering if anyone else had this predicament, and if so, how they fixed it. Thanks in advance!!
