Stuck in Endless Dungeon Queue

Hello there.
One of my six toons (and only one) is stuck in an endless dungeon queue. I cannot get out of it, even when I log out, close out the game, etc. ZOS's suggestions have not helped at all (suggestions included: group up then disband, get the character killed, repair game. None of this has worked for me).
Who else is experiencing this and have you stumbled upon a fix?
