Error 500 issue

I just downloaded an update for the PTS and can't log in. When I try I get this error message:
Error 500 (3:1:1369:0)
Data version does not match the client version.
Please make sure the game is fully up to date.
The game is up to date so how can I get logged in on the PTS? What is the problem?

If you're still getting Error 500 with the PTS client, you may need to delete the current client and completely reinstall the PTS from scratch.The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited - ZeniMax Online Studios
