I see you keep closing threads on this issue which would be fine if you gave a solution somewhere.............WTF. So for those of us who have encountered this issue we go to submit a support ticket, but you won't show it as a submitted ticket why? How do we know when or how this will be resolved? Do I sound pissed-off? Can you blame me or others?
