Some map instances on EU are lagging horribly

It seems some map instances on the EU server are lagging terribly this evening. 'The Corpse Garden' delve in Deshaan is pinging over 400 and combat is impossible since it spikes to over 1,000. Some home instances are also suffering from the same problem. This is happening to anyone in this instance of the map.

    There have been some login and loading issue the past two hours which are being looked into.

    This crap continues, after last Maint fiasco tons of instances has constant999+! Its not "login and loading issue", server not working properly at all, constant lag fest, and disconects!
