Some map instances on EU are lagging horribly

It seems some map instances on the EU server are lagging terribly this evening. 'The Corpse Garden' delve in Deshaan is pinging over 400 and combat is impossible since it spikes to over 1,000. Some home instances are also suffering from the same problem. This is happening to anyone in this instance of the map.
