Locked out of doing anything, social ban mistake

Didn't even know that social bans are a thing, people are telling me that it looks like one.
1. Can't use traders
2. Can't trade people
3. Can't whisper people
4. Can't access my own guild bank
There are probably other impaired functions that I haven't discovered yet.
