Game mini freezes when killing anything

Since yesterday the game freezes for a moment every time something is killed. This means mob fights are just a stuttering screen. This needs high priority fixing. It’s making tougher content impossible.

    As posted here, there is a known issue related to skills that are earning XP, and will be fixed in an incremental patch. Some players have reduced the issue by removing skills from their skill bar that are not maxed out.

    @ZOS_BillE just a heads up, I've tested the removing skills thing and it does not reduce the issue for me. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    It was fixed in the recent patch. 🤔
