The support team asked for a reply on their msg but sent the reply was never checked and a couple of days later (literally) another automatic ban. On both accounts.
Grrr. What a mess. They should have just reverted all social bans, and re-tune the algorithm that is causing this. Clearly it is running amok in a bad state.
In the meantime we are still waiting for two account to get unbanned, in the meantime holidays are almost over, so our plan to do a lot of dungeons and get some gear didn't work out because we can't trade the dungeon drops.
