Ping is floating between 70 and 120 in game.

Yeah, I can't play since last maintance beacause I have completely random infinite loading screens - it happens when i try to login and when I change zones. It happened even in late night when there was no peak time. Every time login takes 15 minutes of trying and when I have success - I can change zone one time or couple times and here comes never ending loading screen (after 10-15 minutes I just exit by alt+f4).

I tried to play in different parts of last days (morning, afternoon, night) but I can play maximum 10-30 minutes and that's it.

I did speedtest with server in Frankfurt. Results with lneverending loading screen (at the time of loading):

Ping ms 23
Download Mbps 123.46
Upload Mbps 54.32

Result with working game 20 minutes later (i changed zone successfully!):

Ping ms 23
Download Mbps 97.79
Upload Mbps 54.35

The fact that it's gotten worse for everyone doesn't change the fact that PC-EU has been plagued with issues for years. I came back in late 2018 shortly after Summerset launched and there were already complaints and extra down time. In early 2019 ZOS went with the "we're so unlucky to have too many new players" thing and supposedly upgraded server capacity. Then they came up with the performance improvement plans, which have yet to materialize. Late last year PC-EU had three guild trader fusterclucks, other servers had none. And more downtime. Just last week PC-EU had an extraordinary maintenance. So yeah, other people's woes don't exactly soothe my annoyance at ZOS for how they're treating PC-EU players in particular.

Not necessarily a player's ISP issue, but possibly a network issue. Look at recent comments from a German player about possible issues with ZOS's own ISP in Germany and also the internet infrastructure standards in Germany compared to those in other countries, raising the question of whether Frankfurt is the best place to locate a European server. Some interesting questions have been raised in this respect, and the information requested by ZOS may well be relevant to those questions.

Idk what is up with german network. I know that they have crappy situation in private sector because there is monopoly. Biz sector must be bit different imo (
it is not 1st game im playing with servers located in germany). But - yeah - i dont know whats up: if there is prob with germany or just zos picked crappy provider.

Since last maintenance I get disconnected a lot, multiple times a day. Something that's interesting is that I often get it when I port, both to another player and via wayshrine. It loads for like ages, then disconnected, and when I log in again the game says that I'm already logged in for like 2-3 minutes.

Since you asked. They are different internet services at different locations with different providers. If the road is closed to your grocery store, that does not mean you can't go elsewhere. I am not saying that ZOS servers are, or are not, at fault here, just that being able to get to X does not mean you should be able to get to Y.

Same problems for over 4 years. Cyro and general lag.

Ok so I have tested speed and ping on a few of the available frankfurt servers and most give a 33 ping and between 70-220 mbps ...however there is one server the Gemnet LLC server that is horrendous 249 ping and 9mps download and 14mbps upload.
I have no idea is we are routed through that or if its relevant but thought i would just say.
