Fake Social Ban

Hello. I had to go through fire and water to get here.

Four days ago, I lost my Guild Bank and Guild Store. And then I realized that I couldn't write to anyone and absolutely nothing. (After all, this is an online game, and this is critical here).

At the same time, I created a ticket, but it seems to be bypassed. I must admit, it made me very angry and nervous. "What did I deserve it for?" - I asked myself.
And now I'm here.
My tickets: 200402-005703 , 200331-002383

ZOS, can you finally deal with this?

    It does not sound very fake. I am not suggesting you should have been banned as I have no idea what happened but you describe a real social ban.

    @ZOS_BillE might be able to get some answers for you.

    @idk is right.

    Social bans are not "fake" bans ... they're real.

    In addition, opening multiple tickets on the same issue will put you to the back of the Support line.

    At first, I created only one ticket. There was no answer for three days. Time goes by and I lose a lot because of this ban.

    Now there is an event, and my characters are simply filled with goods for sale. This is very upsetting for me.

    Just because you are not aware of why the ban was placed or it being accidental does not make it fake. It is very real as you really could not access certain social aspects of the game. There are many reasons this could have happened as it deals with messaging with the server that addons also do. Such bans are often a systematic automatic occurrence.

    Also, best to only create one ticket. Creating a second ticket slows the process of the first. Just FYI. Also, every ticket I have created has prompted an auto-reply email that much replied to within 3 days or the ticket will be closed. it says as much on the ticket itself. Not saying you got an auto-reply, just being complete with the information.

    Further, I have seen in another MMORPG they have a reduced CS response due all that is going on. I have not seen Zos make such a comment but I expect their CS might be affected.

    Again, I tagged the Zos person who often helps with these things. Just in case they are out for whatever reason I will take some of the others. @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_AntonioP One of the four is likely around.

    BTW, I do understand the frustration. Heck, I have had it where I could not even log into the game for days and it was not a ban by any means as a significant portion of the server was effected.

    shouldn't they send email informing you of ban and reason why? see no reason why make it a mystery ...
    myself sent in ticket mon but not even we received it email let alone a human reply /sigh

    I didn't get any notifications in my email. It was a bat out of the blue. And there are enough like me.

    In any case, the problem was solved. I was banned and no notified. Now I will ask for compensation. Because a lot of nerves and opportunities were lost.

    Hello, ZOS!It's been 4 days, and you haven't given me an answer.I am very disappointed that you can't solve my problem, although you wrote in your personal messages that the problem will be reviewed within 48 hours.But they didn't even give me an answer.I will continue to send a huge number of tickets until at least one of them is answered.I am engaged in selling crowns and campaigns for gold,it is important for me to lift the ban!Especially the one you gave me for no reason at all!Why do you help other players for 2 days,but I have 11 days worth of suffering?
