Is it normal for Support to take more than 2 days to get back at you?

Hello everyone! First of all, let me just start off by saying I am not complaining at all about anything in my message, I just want to seriously ask how long does it take, normally, for an issue to be resolved in the support section of eso's website. I've been waiting for 2 days now and I am not sure if there is any issue with what I'm asking for.
