My Account got suspended two times in one week...

Hello,
my second account got suspended again without any explanation.
After the first bann I did write a support ticket (200309-002362) and got unbanned without telling me what happened to my account.
Now the same thing happened to me again... What have I done wrong?

    You're going to have to follow the same steps as last time by contacting Support and then pressing them for an answer. They aren't going to share private info like suspension reasons on the forums.

    If you have another support ticket, it may help to include that number here.

    Nobody here is going to be able to answer that for you. All we can offer is speculation.

    A post in the dev tracker a few weeks ago indicated that they were auditing suspicious sales and that some accounts might have gotten caught up in those bans erroneously. Maybe that’s what happened to you, but nobody on these forums can say one way or the other. You’ll have to go through support. No exceptions.
