Alright. Help with Version Purchase - Xbox

Hello!
So. It has been 2 years since I've played ESO (On Xbox, US). And I'm getting back into it.
The last DLC I purchased was Morrowind, and since then Summerset and Elsweyr have released (which I don't own) and Greymoor is coming out in June.
I want to get these.
What is my best course of action for purchasing on Xbox? Can I just purchase the Greymoor upgrade, will that give me the other Summerset/Elsweyr DLC? Do I have to buy each of those upgrades individually?
Just looking for some clarification before I start buying stuff in case I was wrong.

Our FAQ linked below goes over which versions of Greymoor are available along with details on what comes with each version. Your best option is choosing one of the versions that comes with Summerset and Elsweyr.
