Why does elswyer not work?

I purchased elswyer over a week ago at this point. I can not travel there, can't create a necromancer. And it still says I need to buy the elswyer upgrade to do all of it. Deleting and reinstalling the elswyer upgrade does not change anything

✭✭✭✭✭A possible situation might be that it was applied to a different account? If the payment went through, I suspect the upgrade got applied somewhere. If you have any other accounts that have ever logged in on that computer, check to see that it is not one of them that got the chapter access instead.0 -
