Can't get in to game account, don't know security question answer to reset password

I have submitted at least 2 tickets, I couldn't remember if I pressed submit before closing the tab on the first one, and never got a confirmation email, so I sent another. I never got any confirmation email about that one either or any response by the next day so I decided to log in to the Bethesda site when submitting the ticket, and made sure it showed me as logged in on the page with the form to fill out, but when I checked support status it said I had no tickets. There was no confirmation for that one either. The ID number for the most recent ticket is 190610-005280.
