Support Ticket Response Timeline?

First, apologies if this is not the correct location to address this, I am relatively unfamiliar with the forums but have a question regarding a submitted support ticket (# 190420-002632). After submitting it last Saturday the confirmation email I received mentioned the possibility of the ticket being auto-closed after 4 days without response, and as it has now been 8, I am uncertain how to ensure that it remains open and is still under consideration? I know the support team must be busy and my query may be further down on the priority list, but I am hoping someone could give me any type of estimate on the timeline I might expect for a final response?
