Where were the upcoming class changes officially released at?

Yeah, just want to remind everyone that any balance changes you're hearing about are still a work in progress and are subject to change. The builds these players saw were early, and some things are still being adjusted/tweaked as we head closer to the next PTS cycle. We'll be posting some information before the next PTS cycle begins to let everyone know what to expect in terms of our goals for balance in the next update, similar to what we did for the racial passive changes last update.

    Thank you Gina, i made sure to make that disclaimer before and after i talked about any balance changes but unfortunately people glossed right over that ;-;

I was watching Dottz's stream and can testify that he said that "things are subject to change" multiple times during the stream.

Is the combat team going to ignore all our feedback with these like they did the racial changes? >_>

They only ignore feedback from people who play bosmers. This post was barely started and they made a comment. Bosmer racials 40+ pages and not a word.

Please post atleast 1 week before PTS, racial passives were barely posted before PTS release.

Surely there are other areas of the game that require some man-power rather than sporadically selecting a class and changing random skills or passives for what appears to be no particular reason.

Should be concentrating on the actual game and how it performs.

OK to speculate on the changes which are subject to change.

LMAO! Chaning snipe to minor defile is probably the stupidest thing ever considering that the 1 class where it is actually a problem is NB who has major defile on their cheap ultimate (unless thats getting nerfed). So, for the ones who snipe and open and close into melee combat, that probably also know how to play and can fight; well this is a buff because now they will have that much more defile on you because they will have major and minor both.

    Faster Jabs is cool.

Anyway; Dottz is cool and all and I appreciate his information, but he drives me nuts letting chat interrupt him talking and change the direction of the conversation. Think either way, its best to wait for the patch notes.

I agree. These last couple of years each PTS player feedback is ignored more and more. It used to be a lot better in the beginning of this game's life. But now ZOS just bulldogs through changes with little regard for feedback. As if the playerbase's opinions don't matter.

After the racial changes, all I feel about Gina's statement is dread. Class balancing since One Tamriel has been only disappointing. My last straw was the racial changes.

I know right? Instead of tweaking my race they nerfed every passive, buffed everyone else past them, gave us a crap set bonus in 2% healing done, and then removed a passive that is part of our lore in ESO. The last one really bothers me, they claim to have reviewed the lore and wanted to preserve the established lore. Ok well it doesn't get more established when the game itself via book or quest says you are resistant to both disease and poison. The very fact that they find breaking the very lore they claim to be preserving to be "Ok", is an epic fail in my book.

I've given up on hoping that ZOS will follow established lore. I no longer consider ESO to be "The Elder Scrolls Online" but rather "An MMO Which Has Elder Scrolls Flavor". When you look at it that way it makes things like ZOS removing Argonian resistances or Bosmer stealth less disappointing.

No doubt. Since Morrowind, we dread every single patch. It should bring excitement, but ZOS has created this attitude with their actions the last 2 years. It is even worse when we see these defensive comments from Gina, but other topics go without any comment.

Listening to feedback =/= Doing whatever players want. They do listen, not always but they do. I'm excited and a bit worried - necromancer skills set look a bit OP. I mean really? Free purge that also restores your resources? Pocket healer/tank? And that ult with ressing players is a new must have at any content (dungs, trials, PvP, doesn't matter small scale all ball groups, all can utilize it) wow! Don't get me wrong, I can't wait to put my hands on it, but I'm afraid it will get overnerfed in the process :/

Listening to feedback =/= acknowledging any feedback

If we’re going by ZOS history

Where’s our non bs explanation for bosmer being stripped of all stealth prowess

Where’s the response to Argonian being mediocre at every role

Where’s the explanation for shileds getting a max hp, crit susceptibility, AND status effect susceptibility all in one path without any adjustment to the hard counters in Shieldbreak, Oblivion damage, and bleeds

What about an actual reason for stripping warhorn of its max hp buff? because that was blatantly a shift to requiring a cash purchase to access that buff

Our feedback falls on deaf ears 99% of the time

It's not so much as it falls on deaf ears, because the reps do convey most of the concerns the community presents, just not all changes fit with their vision of the game and their view on balance.

I do hope they do think of DK mobility while ''changing'' wings. I realize its a hard thing to fight a DK as a projectile user however the open world mobility/survival of the class is entirely depending on this one ability.

Pretty sure they're keeping the snare immunity on the one morph.
For open world the new wings should work much better when being focused as they are not immediately nullified in 1 second. 50% passive projectile reduction is almost the same as blocking (those projectiles).

At the same time, wings are less of a feast or famine now. Since I believe it should also reduce damage against previously not reflected skills like force pulse or warden cliffracer.

Seems like its still there. Thankfully they're not completely insane yet.

The wings change is well, I'm neutral about it. I did use wings on my medium armor build since it couldn't really survive versus ranged burst, I'll be still using it because shuffle is uh... very bad.

Are you sure on the thing about reducing damage of pulse or cliff racer though? I'm not quite sure about that.

No I'm not sure about it, but I believe that is how it should be. And am predicting that is how it will be.

I hope so, I like consistency , but I think that is not very probable , sounds too good that way.

No official announcement yet, only rumors.

DK wings aren't getting nerfed, moreso being changed. They now reduced projectile dmg by 50%, but no projectile cap.

In that way they're taking the fun out of that skill making it way more boring. :|:'(

Yes there are those you mentioned but also there are those:
Reverting change of haunting curse (at first it was designed that first blow happens after 5s if I remember well, then they brought it back to 3s)
    Reverting shield cast time
Changes to Soldier of anguish and Curse eater
And we could go like this even further. I'm not saying ZOS is listening to us a lot but claiming that they don't at all is false.
    Say no to Toxic Casuals!

gina, for the love of god dont let them remove berserk from nb. I dont even care about the dmg lose. if they wanted to reduce the values for the skills to result it 8% less dps for nb i would be 100% fine with that. But berserk is something that makes the class feel unique and special
