Thank you Gina, i made sure to make that disclaimer before and after i talked about any balance changes but unfortunately people glossed right over that ;-;

Is the combat team going to ignore all our feedback with these like they did the racial changes? >_>

No need to take this out of context.

Should be concentrating on the actual game and how it performs.
P.s - Leave my DK alone, Scales is my bread and butter in vMA Lol.

OK to speculate on the changes which are subject to change.
LMAO! Chaning snipe to minor defile is probably the stupidest thing ever considering that the 1 class where it is actually a problem is NB who has major defile on their cheap ultimate (unless thats getting nerfed). So, for the ones who snipe and open and close into melee combat, that probably also know how to play and can fight; well this is a buff because now they will have that much more defile on you because they will have major and minor both.
Faster Jabs is cool.
Anyway; Dottz is cool and all and I appreciate his information, but he drives me nuts letting chat interrupt him talking and change the direction of the conversation. Think either way, its best to wait for the patch notes.

Yes? Didn't it always? Or am I misremembering something?

Nah I think people have a legitimate reason to worry.

I agree. These last couple of years each PTS player feedback is ignored more and more. It used to be a lot better in the beginning of this game's life. But now ZOS just bulldogs through changes with little regard for feedback. As if the playerbase's opinions don't matter.
After the racial changes, all I feel about Gina's statement is dread. Class balancing since One Tamriel has been only disappointing. My last straw was the racial changes.
The very fact that they find breaking the very lore they claim to be preserving to be "Ok", is an epic fail in my book.

Listening to feedback =/= Doing whatever players want. They do listen, not always but they do. I'm excited and a bit worried - necromancer skills set look a bit OP. I mean really? Free purge that also restores your resources? Pocket healer/tank? And that ult with ressing players is a new must have at any content (dungs, trials, PvP, doesn't matter small scale all ball groups, all can utilize it) wow! Don't get me wrong, I can't wait to put my hands on it, but I'm afraid it will get overnerfed in the process

Pretty sure they're keeping the snare immunity on the one morph.
For open world the new wings should work much better when being focused as they are not immediately nullified in 1 second. 50% passive projectile reduction is almost the same as blocking (those projectiles).
At the same time, wings are less of a feast or famine now. Since I believe it should also reduce damage against previously not reflected skills like force pulse or warden cliffracer.
Seems like its still there. Thankfully they're not completely insane yet.
The wings change is well, I'm neutral about it. I did use wings on my medium armor build since it couldn't really survive versus ranged burst, I'll be still using it because shuffle is uh... very bad.
Are you sure on the thing about reducing damage of pulse or cliff racer though? I'm not quite sure about that.
No I'm not sure about it, but I believe that is how it should be. And am predicting that is how it will be.

Listening to feedback =/= acknowledging any feedback
If we’re going by ZOS history
Where’s our non bs explanation for bosmer being stripped of all stealth prowess
Where’s the response to Argonian being mediocre at every role
Where’s the explanation for shileds getting a max hp, crit susceptibility, AND status effect susceptibility all in one path without any adjustment to the hard counters in Shieldbreak, Oblivion damage, and bleeds
What about an actual reason for stripping warhorn of its max hp buff? because that was blatantly a shift to requiring a cash purchase to access that buff
Our feedback falls on deaf ears 99% of the time
