I've been trying to log in since yesterday and the game keeps giving me errors, sometimes the launcher doesn't load or the login screen shows ''Could not retreive announcements'' and when I try to enter the game the connection times out, there's literally nothing wrong with my internet and every other online game runs just fine, when I do manage to enter it takes a LONG time to get in the game and then kicks me out if I try to port to another zone, I can barely enter the game because it also gets stuck on ''Requesting character load...''

I think this has to do with the fact that I have the game on Steam but I don't know what to do to solve this issue, I don't see anything wrong with the internet connection

Also I seem to login just fine in the EU servers but no luck with NA, so I don't think this is a problem with my internet
