I banked an AY necklace after doing nHRC, I then relogged to the character I wanted to equip the necklace, only to see it disappeared. I checked all inventories and buy backs and proceeded onto mailing support, which didn't bother answering yet. I wanted to ask if there is any hope for me to recover it, or if should just get a new one.
