If I purchase the premium membership does that include the Summerset Isle expansion and the Nightmare Senche mount?

ESO Plus membership will not grant you access to The Elder Scroll Online: Summerset content nor the Nightmare Senche mount.

If you already own The Elder Scrolls Online, you can purchase the ESO: Summerset Upgrade or the ESO: Summerset Collector's Edition Upgrade from The Elder Scrolls Online Store.
