Greetings, I purchased 3 months subscription in Steam market. I got the crowns and plus membership at first. Then I cancelled my auto membership on my Steam account. After that my plus membership completely removed. I checked ESO support page but it redirects me to Steam support and Steam support redirects me to ESO website.
I play on EU PC server and can provide Steam transaction etc. if it is necessary.

Please make sure your ESO and Steam accounts are properly linked, as that can cause issues with purchases through Steam. Instructions for linking can be found here.
