ELDER LOADING SCREENS during pvp

Like in the title, this is horrible. Im doing normal PVP stuff, trying to ressurect in camp, then - elder loading screen (5-10min). Im wake ip as dead man. Then, im trying to use shrine to TP to another ceep, and again loading screen (5min).
I have connection above 500mb/s, sometimes 900. Never less. Im done with that. I never buy again eso+ and i never buy again enything from crown store. And i will convince to this other players who have same problem.
My feedbacks from game are unansweared.
Problem exists since morrowind patch.
No, my computer isnt bad.
