Like I said, I have no quarrels with moderation being moderation, that is after all the definition of the word, censorship is entirely a different thing where there is no moderate response given, but a blanket operation of silence / bans / removal without warning
My questions above are perfectly valid questions from a dissatisfied customer, one of many out there and just want some answers.

Less that they post the less responses they get from players/less work they have to do. Also, I'd assume that the group that handles moderating on the forums is generally less involved with the development process and thus is less likely to comment on game changes, as they'd have to take time to ignore the ever growing list of threads/comments in order to find info on that one issue which will likely cause a burst of activity that will further bog them down.
This is of course under the assumption that this department is relatively small.
I'd suggest the mods are literally not involved in any development at all. Even Gina and Jessica.
Notice they receive developer input on what patch notes, announcements and updates to post so they are nothing more than informed editors.
I think people have little to no clue on who does what for ZeniMax.
Right, which is exactly why they have a TOS which states you agree to the fact their content may not always be working and that they don't have to fix it.DRXHarbinger wrote: »Well let us know how it goes... It's pretty clear they are in breech, it is categorically a fact by viewing it on here, Youtube, Reddit etc that vmol on console has been broken / not working as intended you could say, since February and zos are still to this day advertising..

Thus far since February Xbox and PS4 markets are not able to under take this content as intended as inline with the performance of the rest of the game, and they are still selling this broken product after acknowledging the faults and providing no reasonable timeline for a fix.

But did you open a ticket and ask ?
Was the result after responding a few times (if you chose to do so) met with being ignored?
Or
Is it just a few forum threads that result in that conclusion?
Asking for clarity...
Either way this ends, it's going to be bloody glorious to witness.DRXHarbinger wrote: »NewBlacksmurf wrote: »DRXHarbinger wrote: »Wow, the aggressiveness. No wonder there is moderation happening. Yes. I have a substantial amount of emails kept as records. Rest assured I have covered all corners, plus I have a large amount of backers in game as witness to it and they themselves have tickets and responses saved. It's been well planned.

It's not great they bad at it all, but I really don't think you have a leg to stand on legally.
Also as the ASA proved with No Man's Sky unless there's specifically something in the trailer showing blatant missleadin footage and no "user experience may vary" clause they're not going to do anything.
I'm truly interested to how it goes, but I'm pretty sure ZOS has their butt's heavily covered legally on this.

Yeah, pretty sure that's the case, seeing as the ESO Live streams generally are questioning other teams and not supplying info much from their side.
If I recall I think the support line for ZoS is actually a hired third party, but don't take that as fact. Probably a fairly well jumbled mess of separate parties all around.
