Yes, that's fine. "Talking" in this case can be via text or video, but make sure you're not showing any of the new content in Morrowind (Vvardenfell, the Trial, BGs).

Did you welcome community feedback? Are they going to readjust the changes made in the last Patch Note? Please bring good news!

We always welcome feedback, and everyone is reading even if you don't see a public reply. We do have some tweaks coming to next week's PTS incremental, but please don't expect to see a complete 180 on some of the gameplay-related changes. Keyword here is tweaks.

Yes. Again, as mentioned above, just make sure you're not streaming in Vvardenfell or showing any of the content from Morrowind. Being in any of the existing zones is fine.

If you did tweaks in the first place people wouldn't be so mad but you didn't. You made hard content VMA, COS, ROM, ICP. VMOL unplayable. How was this content tested by the QA team? My thinking is they put on Devs buffs and strolled through it but the rest of have to actually deal with these issues.

@ZOS_GinaBruno can the devs spearhead this partial lift and mention they acknowledged the cost reduction concerns and we'll be looking at the issue closely?

Then have a post explaining they lifted the NDA for talks on balances for the classes?

4 Base Classes
Champion point System
Gear Set
Cost reduction changes?

Ok thanks for the partial lift of NDA. I guess for real privacy to discuss the existing class skill and passive changes we can also use our private home area and the combat skeletons. No chance a warden will come in and videobomb you there.

Start with the CP changes only. Leave classes how they are now and see what happens. Then adjust from there. I would love to see more small changes more often than huge changes every quarter.

It isn't that I don't understand, or think others will understand, it's that I am rightly wary of NDAs. Let's have zero ambiguity, just for simplicity and peace of mind, yes?

I second this. Please do something about RNG. Run a dungeon to get a token, and specific pieces have a different amount of tokens tied to it. RNG can still drop random loot in dungeons and open world or whatever, but at least make it worth it. 30 times in VMA and I've only gotten a sharpened axe. Same with my hundreds of farms for Draugr, Bone Pirate, Automaton. And sets I wanna test like Spider Cultist, Netch, Sheer Venom. RNG makes me honestly not wanna do it.

Oh I hope not...my computer doesn't like a lot of things (oldish laptop)...I rarely see over 20 fps, but getting rid of bad weather/rain would totally ruin any of the "elder scrolls" flavor. I don't know about the technical stuff necessary to do it, but a possible solution could be to add a setting where you could toggle the actual "rain" effect off and on.

So.. we are allowed to discuss the changes to current changes under the lifts to the NDA.... but informing other players that we are even in the beta has not been lifted... so really discussing current class changes is still a violation of the NDA as we are admitting we are part of the closed beta?

Simply put... If you are a streamer and are still kinda concerned about not crossing the line on what is/isnt still NDA... you best bet is to not stream any of it at all and you will be safe!
