Unable To Purchase ESO [Updated due to the post not posting correctly, now makes sense]

Hello all. I am currently trying to purchase the base edition of ESO through this website. When I click store, I scroll down to the base digital edition for $17.99. When I hover over it, it says "More Info." So I click that and it goes to the page to purchase the game (https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/store/product/eso_standard). However, when I click 'Buy Now,' it simply returns me to the previous page (the Store: https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/store).

Any thoughts or ideas to fix this so I can buy the game?

So it looks like my account was glitched/corrupted (Had it from beta). I ended up getting a key from a deal I just found on Humble and got a key. I tried to redeem the key numerous times without any luck.

I instead made a new account and this time under my account, there was an option on the right side to redeem a key. I clicked that, entered my key, and everything worked.

I'm having this exact same issue, but since I'm using the account that I have from beta for PS4 version of the game (and have had no problems), I would rather keep it all under one account and not create a new account for the PC version. Anyone else had this problem and fixed it some other way than creating a new account?

Typically you should be able to log into the account used for your PS4 verison of the game (your beta account) when purchasing the game from the ESO Store. When going to the store and selecting Buy Now for the product it should take you to a page to log in. No other issues should occur.

If you are still having trouble with this process or have other questions you may want to submit a ticket through the Web Assistant.

@ZOS_CoriJ Almost the same thing is happening to me: did PC beta test back in 2014 then stopped, my Account page shows "Account Status: Active - Trial" and has a button to Download Game. I tried the download last night, >AFTER< trying multiple times to buy the Gold Edition in the store. Each time I click Buy Now, it pops back to the top of the store while I'm logged in (don't you want my money?). While I'm not logged in, after clicking Buy Now it asks me to log in, and when I do it just takes me to the account page with a Download Game button tempting me.
So after a confusing night of downloading (40 GB but the progress % calculated out to over 180 while it was going, because the patching wasn't included), now I'm getting the error message "Login failed. Your username or password may be incorrect or inactive at this time. blah blah" although pressing F1 takes me to my account page as if nothing is wrong.

To prove to an upset friend of mine that the Web Assistant is actually useful - his wife has the same problem except her account page doesn't show the Download Game button - this has been submitted as ticket: #170213-002850.

Also tried the 844-ZENIMAX phone number buried in the signon legalese but it doesn't work anymore.

NVM, worked around the problem by creating another account just to buy and play, will try to keep this old one for forums.
