elvenmad✭✭✭✭✭As above, having it installed is one thing, whether your GPU supports it or not is another.

You also need to check that your Graphics card/chip supports it too.
I had same issue a while ago, my pc supported and had DX11 but I found out my GPU only suported up to DX10, changed my card and everything worked straight away.
