• EU megaservers for maintenance – January 7, 4:00AM EST (9:00 UTC) - 10:00AM EST (15:00 UTC)

Move EU Maintenance time

    When we have regular maintenances, we bring both the North American and European megaservers offline at the same time and (generally) back up at the same time. Unfortunately, there is no one ideal time that doesn't impact someone, but we do our best in starting at 4am EDT.

    At 4AM EDT it looks like it favors the US player base only. Why not make it so that both player bases sacrifice their playtime equally like making the maintenance at 0 AM EDT

    Maintenance favours no one my boy.

    you might have a life i dont and yes i will sty on my right to free speech and the right to complain when i feel mistreated by i company i pay money to every month in subscription. so i dont give a dam about the TOS when thy are taking away the EU Prime time every week. ps i docent matter if the company is in the US when thy have servers in EU then it is expected thy work for that time zone as well and not just for the US time zone

    News flash: There are 7 days in a week and maintenance for a game counts for less than half of one of those days. Go live life during maintenance or play Pokeman Go.

    Some of these folks need to get a little perspective. If video game down time affects you in such a tragic and profound way, count yourself lucky that's the worst you have going on in your life. I wish that's all I had to get bent out of shape about.

    I've read the TOS, linking them again makes you seem arrogant and out of options to reply. I dont complain about the downtime, but since you came here as a MURICAN to post about Europeans complaining about the European maint times, it seems pretty irrelevant.

    Accepting the fact that the EU maint times could get better is no big deal nor is it anywhere near moaning. Also, let's not forget our poor Asian Aussie friends who are pretty f****d today with what's going on. Anyone with an IQ over 5 could recognize that.

    And if you find ppl moaning about maint times annoying little spoiled brats, then so are you complaining about whiners, linking them TOS, without approaching it realistically. Have fun with the rest of the day, cus lol, u actually have it.

    This post is to inform you all that we've felt it necessary to close this thread. We understand maintenance can be quite upsetting for some, there is nothing more I'd like than to run the new dungeons with my Dragonknight, but rest assured this maintenance is vital to ensuring the game runs smoothly. The development team will be working diligently to return you all to Nirn as soon as possible, for further discussion on the matter, we ask that you please remain civil and constructive during this downtime. Keep in mind that flaming, baiting and bashing are all against the Forum Rules.
