Hello,
I had been dealing with support for several days on this issue to resolve my issues. The last thing that occured was my account email was changed but it didnt resolve the issue. Since the 17th March i have not heard back from support as per the status of my ticket even though i have replied from both my new email and old one that is linked to this forums account. After several days of awesome support from Rob and Edward, the replies have stopped.
Could a support person please let me know what is going on with my ticket.
