Unable to log into support site.

So, I recently saw mentioned in a forum post that one can see a list of support tickets one has opened and their status, and I was curious to see what mine were. But when I tried logging in... well, nothing happened. I tried in both Firefox and Chrome, but when I put in my credentials and click "Log in" it's like the button just plain doesn't work. Same for hitting enter.

Steps taken:
1.) Went to the Account page (https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/users/account) and clicked "Support" at the top.
2.) This opens a new tab that opens (https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/home).
3.) I click "Log In" which takes me to (https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/utils/login)
4.) I input my credentials and hit enter / click Log In button. Nothing happens at this point.

    Please make sure to temporarily disable any add-ons or extensions for your browsers.
    If your Anti-Virus Security software includes regular web security, you may also need to add our website to your safelist or exceptions.

    Be sure to contact customer support in-game for an email reply concerning this issue should it continue. They will be able to offer further suggestions on what restrictions may be experiencing.

    Thanks. It looks like it was Ad-Block Plus causing issues with Chrome, as I was able to login with that browser after disabling it.

    Oddly enough, the same fix didn't work for Firefox, but I only need one of them to work to be able to login with it.

    Related only insofar as this was the original purpose for doing this, but is there a way for the ticket submitter to mark an issue as solved? Some of my tickets have been resolved by patches.
