It could have been something from a while back. The infringement type investigations ( generally speaking for most games/platforms) can take a while. Back in the day years ago I had enforcement put on me for something that happened at least 3 months prior.

Other than that I dunno. Just stick to trash talking to mates/people you know and can take a joke. With the world we live in today with increased cyber bullying the smallest most insignificant thing can be taken the wrong way by anyone especially if they are having a bad day.

I am more concerned about the kind of guild you are in.

Ok so I make a mistake and respond to abuse with abuse, and I get my account on some kind of watch list? How am I supposed to know how many more warnings I have? If two people decide to snitch on me for responding to abuse with abuse, are you really willing to turn down the $120.00 USD PER YEAR I spend on this game?

Pretty sure that's a copy/paste response or something. A knew a guy that got banned on PC and it took a loooot of stuff for him to get kicked for good.

Eh, people have been banned for less. You should take the warning and be happy.

Thats the first message I got of this sort. When I've been reprimanded for keeping things a little "too real" in the forums, they give you the quote in protest. This was nothing of the sort.

But please ZoS, email me what this is supposedly all about, and whoever reported this is assuredly also worthy of a warning. But just like in sports, the reciprocator always gets the penalty flag. But seriously, if this is handled in a dictatorial manner, I am ready to travel to your offices and begin a protest, hiring homeless people and other aggrieved ex-ESO players to protest, as well as an aggressive social media campaign. Or you can take my $120 per year.

    Try me.

As covered in the forum rules, we do not allow in-game (or forum) moderation to be discussed here. If you have a question about a warning, please respond to the ticket to ask. Additionally, if chat content is sufficient to get you warned in-game, chances are it shouldn't be posted on the forums either.
Discussing Disciplinary Actions: If you ever have questions or concerns about a disciplinary action or decision we have made on the ESO forums, or wish to appeal a forum warning or infraction you’ve received, we ask that you please contact https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/ to do so (please specify that you are contacting about a forum-related inquiry or appeal). We are happy to discuss and review specific moderation-related actions with you, but we do not allow discussion of any moderation actions or decisions on our forums. If you have questions or concerns about an in-game disciplinary action, please contact https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/ to ask about a suspension or ban, and any other support-related feedback. We cannot assist with in-game violations on the forums.
