Thanks for the clarification. I still maintain that the reason you're not seeing the spikes is that there simply haven't been many large scale fights since the release of IC - hopefully that will change soon.

Honestly on my last emp keep the other day there had to have been close to 100 enemies all spamming purge and barriers and tornado and to my amazement I could still cast when they pushed in. Granted we were only 12 and there were maybe 12 other ep there in total but I don't even think my ping jumped above 200 even though my for did drop to under 5 fairly quickly but both doors and siege were still operable on the push.

Hey @ZOS_BrianWheeler , unfortunately it is not consistently within the mages guild, although I'll admit I've only been in there a handful of times thus far. I will say this though, I have noticed consistently, that when alt+tabbing between the game and chrome web browser, that without fail, after 30-45mins of alt+tabbing, the game will crash and lock up requiring a hard reboot of my system. It does not occur immediately, which is odd. I have also noticed, that when alt+tabbing the gpu load (using HWInfo) jumps to 100% even with no browser/antivirus running in the background.

Are you using Windows 10? Me and a bunch of friends have the same problems as you pointed out. One of them downgraded back to Windows 7 and he doesn't have that problem anymore.
It might be something related to Nvidia graphic drivers for Windows 10 OS.
The only weird thing is that it happens only when playing TESO so far. I have not experienced this issue while alt tabbing on other games such as MGSV, DayZ, HOMM7 beta or Dota2.

I have people telling me that siege damage is back to the old worthless values that existed prior to the last major fix of Cyrodiil. Can you confirm or deny this? If they went back to using the old values then many of us will still avoid overland combat since keep defense would be impossible gain if outnumbered.

Ehm... So you plan to have campaigns with gated access and campaigns without? Will this work?
I mean if we have these situation i will set my home campaign to gated access campaign and my guest campaign to open access. If i want to farm equip i go into the open access campaign. So why should i go into IC on a gated access campaign?
This feels strange. I think the best is all gated or nothing gated.
