White Gold Tower reward bugged?

Hi, i completed White Gold Tower and got Mara's Blessing reward from the quest, the V16 willpower necklace.
I then went and crafted a V16 enchant for it, only to find that when right clicking the item, there is NO ENCHANT OPTION!

Is this supposed to be this way? As ive never seen an item that could not be re-enchanted!

I faintly recall WAY back that if an item had a lock symbol on it.. That you could not replace the enchantment. I think it was mostly on items that say "unique"... But I haven't run into that for a long time...

It appears you are not the only one to notice this, and the other person was actually able to re-enchant the ring...

To me.. if the ring can be enchanted.. I would think the necklace would be able to as well...

So have they changed the game back to "some items can't be re-enchanted" without saying anything? Or IS this a bug, and this is another case of an ill-informed external support response?

Thanks for the clarifying information! This should be resolved in an upcoming patch. While unique items are generally not re-enchantable, the items that cannot be enchanted should show a lock on them.
