login error EU server?

Maintenance for the week of March 31:
• PC/Mac: NA and EU megaservers for maintenance – March 31, 4:00AM EDT (8:00 UTC) - 8:00AM EDT (12:00 UTC)
• Xbox: NA and EU megaservers for patch maintenance – April 2, 6:00AM EDT (10:00 UTC) - 12:00PM EDT (16:00 UTC)
• Playstation®: NA and EU megaservers for patch maintenance – April 2, 6:00AM EDT (10:00 UTC) - 12:00PM EDT (16:00 UTC)

I can connect in US server but I can't in EU. it says login failed..Am I the only one?

    Hi, @Ascalon_78! Not sure if you can see the banner at the top of the forums (if you dismissed it, it might not be there), but we're aware of a login issue impacting the PS4 European megaserver. We're actively working on it and will keep everyone updated.

    Same, i was in the game and then i logged out. When i tried logging back in a Error popped.

    I also see a blue banner on the top:
    "The issues related to logging in to the console European megaservers have been resolved at this time. If you continue to experience difficulties at login, please contact Customer Support."

    Sooo, were they resolved or not?

    That's an older banner and misleading. Sorry about that. :( Turning it off.

    Same problem. Starting to be the norm now. Haven't been able to play an uninterrupted session at all yet.

    I'm getting 'Login Failed' (connection timed out) 'Login Failed' (Unexpected Internal Error) seemingly randomly when trying to Login to EU Megaserver currently. I'm based in Wales UK, physical PEGI copy of the game, ISP is BT Infinity 2 80MB/20MB, PS4 is hard wired to router. All other internet-using things working fine.

    This is the first time I've met this problem, been playing a week, so if you need any more info to help fix it feel free to ask! :)

    I kept trying various logins and finally got into the NA Megaserver after a couple of attempts, so I'm going to logout again and see if I can get into EU server now.

    I dont think that this problem is happening to everyone.. people in my friendlist are still in the game

    The game servers are running, only the logon servers are down.
    If you are in the game do not the mistake to log off...

    £80 on a Game and I cant play it, been down now for almost 3hrs in UK, poor service

    Classic bad luck, UK been playing all day and my hub dropped out for 2 mins. Now I am out in the cold. When you run an online only game, you have one priority and that is to keep it online!

    I've been camping vampire spawns for two days now, waking up in the middle of the night to do so. It's gonna suck if this log in downtime is going on while they finally spawn. Seemed last time like this cycle would be the new moon.

    I'm spending my offline time looking at guides to finding Skyshards, so now I'm champing at the bit to get back online and grab a few. Still no luck with login, might muck around a bit on NA server till it's fixed (the login server seems to be working ok there but queues are in effect).

    With the recent server issues will you be upgrading your EU magaserver for more capacity because that seems that it might fix future server issues in the long run, excellent customer service BTW. I thought It was my end that causes me to not log in until I read the announcement.

    i'm just going to wait, i'd rather they fixed the issue... and got everything running. Rather than hashing it for speed.

    i can wait... MMORPGs aren't a race after all. Plus i can use the online tools and see what skills to get next and find out why my provisioning is past 31 but my blacksmithing is only tailing at 11.

    also time to eat and nap - means more time to play later -cue evil maniacal laughter-

    Is nobody else worried about this 8pm update? First of all is it an update in terms of letting us know what I going on, or a downloadable update?

    Either way I can't help but think we may be waiting to get online for a lot longer.

    There go my Sunday evening plans!
