It will not be before then. We'll be sending out an email notifying you that the code is available. As soon as that mailer goes out, you will be able to use the code and begin dowloading the ESOTU game client. Your transferred characters will be there waiting for you.

I can't see them doing this. Perhaps with the thieves guild/dark brotherhood questlines - as they are a big thing for many people coming from consoles - but not with any new zones...
Besides - they would have announced something like this to get more people hyped about console release.
However... they might have something shortly after console release - they have to announce SOMETHING at E3, right?

With a regional launch you think it would of been sent atleast by these standards or sorted out a week ago lol everyone else has it downloaded.

They might focus on how amazing fallout 4 is and slowly ignore us.....
(I know they're different, but they are affiliated)
lol Gotta love the poor organisation of thisI mean, who seriously sat down in that meeting and said "ok folks, we'll have the codes ready 2 hours AFTER launch in Australia. Everyone cool with that?"

Yep, pretty crazy... Last thing ZOS needs is more bad PR. They just keep doing it to themselves unfortunately.

So @ZOS_JessicaFolsom do think that is ok for all of us eu players who backed this game back when launched on pc who decided to take up the offer of the character copy and account transfer get a code so later for us to download the game ?, i am from england and i would like to know at what time will i get my code that i paid for ?,sick of the fact that as allways good old usa get everything first and us in the eu get turned over like we mean nothing to zenimax.
I am so,so annoyed by this fact it is such utter nonsense !. start sending out the dam codes so that we get started downloading so we can actualy manage to play at our launch time here at midnight in england, i have 80mbps download and 20upload so i wont have a problem getting 60gb fast, but i think and speak out for the rest of england and europe who have slow download speed who should have been given the dam codes days ago and at very least early today on the 8th.
You dont like to answer people who have honest words though do you zenimax ?, we want a dam answer we backed this game on pc and just want our codes it is not all just about america the whole dam time.
