zenimax help with an RP event?

We are hosting what we feel will be a decent sized RP event on the NA server AD faction and wanted to know if it is possible to enlist some help from Zenimax in regards to those who would attempt to interrupt or generally try to be a nuisance to those who will be attending. I know that help has been given in the past to events in the factions and as we feel that this will be something that will foster more community and participation within our own, we would like to make sure that the event is enjoyable as it can be for those attending.We have it scheduled for Saturday evening at 7pm Cst. A response here or a message to me to let me know if this is even possible would be very much appreciated. If so, I would love to share the details with you. I think you would be interested to see more things like this happening that foster community and good fun.

Assistance for RP events is handled on a case-by-case basis by our customer support team. We encourage you to open a ticket with the following information!

What type of event are you trying to host?
What time frame or when were you thinking of having it?
Is there a theme to your event?
What faction and what purpose is the event?
Are there any guilds or players involved?
Do you have a website for your event? (This can be a guild page)

That said, support is experiencing higher than usual volume, so it may take some time for them to get back to you. If there's anything else we can help you with on here, let us know and we'll be happy to do what we can!

Thank you very much for your help. I will open a ticket, however, I am probably too late if they are backed up like you say. I know now to start much more in advance for next time. Thanks again, really trying to show the DA some RP love like it deserves!
