Having trouble login in - Error codes

Good evening all!

The past days Ive had a blast returning to the world of ESO.
However starting today I can't log in to the game! It started with error code 108 and 201.
I searched the forums and the internet and found the sticky post about the meaning of error codes.

The following things ive tried:
- Restart PC
- Restarted launcher/game
- Started with administrator rights
- Repaired
- Disable Virusscan (Microsoft Security Essentials)
- The steps mentioned for the designated error codes in the sticky post

However nothing works so far!
The past 2 hours it seemed to have swapped the error for a 200, but since I can't find any news from others having this issue Ive decided to ask on the forum! I hope we find the cause and a solution soon so I can return to the lovely world!

    Thanks for the quick answer, but as noted in my first post I used that sticky, and the solutions given in the sticky post! ^^ So I was hoping there would be some other things that could be done!

    My apologies, I didn't take careful note of what you said about the sticky. :(

    As the sticky says, the error 200 is that your client can't connect to the authentication server, and while it says the server may be off-line the more likely reason TBH is a routing problem between you and it, so I would be looking at a tracert from your end to see if you can actually reach it.

    Now you may ask what's the server's IP address and I have to answer, I don't know I'm afraid. However this thread may help you as it relates to connection problems to the login server some time last year:

    Same thing here, never had these problems until today.
    Was actually playing when it kicked me to login without an error, then since on login, i get errors 200 and 201.
    Tried everything upto and including, deleting settings folder in documents and .../ProgramData from Launcher folder and doing a full repair.
    Also turned off virus scanner and firewall.
    ...nothing :(

    I actually have the same issue today, i keep getting error 200.
    when i do manage to login after a few tries i get error <<1>> or something similar when loading my character.

    Same here! Coincidentally, the heatmap showing the amount of customer reports of disrupted service from my ISP looks something like this, while I don't experience any troubles outside of trying to connect to ESO's German server and our Teamspeak's Polish server.

    I am dutch as well, so you might be on to something.
    Also a speedtest i just did didnt show any problems, but other services like Origin are slow to load as well.

    Maybe a little update:

    I tried to add ports, called my ISP, restarted my router, turned off firewal and virusscan all together, ran another repair, removed all the addons and yet it did not fix anything! I never had this issue untill today.

    Im dutch - My internet company is KPN.

    ESO is the only game giving me issues atm, im starting to think it might be server related rather then client related!

    the simple fact that it does work after a few tries makes me think it has something to do with networking problems like routing, or whatever other issues can arise.
    Its defenitely not something on my side , i tried all those things first, but the rest works fine aside from a few things like eso.

    There seems to be a large service disruption with Dutch ISP KPN, which is probably also affecting other ISP's in the Netherlands, due to KPN being the former state-owned monopolist whose cables and what not are used by other companies too.

    1. What server your connecting to
    2. What country you're connecting from
    3. Who you ISP is
