Character creation not working!

Made a character on PTS today and no matter what I did it would not save how I made my character. Anyone else having this issue and should I report as bug?

ZOS_GinaBrunoCommunity ManagerThat's currently a known issue, and will be fixed before Update 6 goes live. It's just an issue with your character's visuals - you can still create any race, class, and alliance you'd like.Gina Bruno
