Game freezes!!!!

I just got eso a couple of days ago and every time i play after about 5 mins its starts freezing for about 2-3 seconds at a time and then eventually it freezes my mac. can someone please help

Freezing is a pretty general symptom and can be caused by a variety of issues. If you wouldn't mind, please submit a game consultant report to customer support. They'll be able to take a look and see why the freezing is occurring. Thanks for your patience!0
