    How is reflective scale and sun shield allowing one to "escape" from a fight. Dks and templars are the two classes that do not have escapes.
    Those were just examples. In terms of defense nightblades have gotten the short end of the stick. Stealth is our only real defense since blur is practically a joke.

    I have done the certification quests several times now and been unable to duplicate breaking any of them after the first one that went wonky.

    I reported this in this thread as well. Glad to see I'm not the only one.

    Then we get into the new lip movements that were added. Some character's lips meld into each other when talking. It looks weird. For example, General Thoda speaks but while his lips move they never really part and you don't see any teeth.

When this happens you are stuck in a position where you can't attack again before they recover from the stun.

There are some instances where, depending on the slider settings used to create the NPC (similar to the sliders used to customize your own character's face at the character create screen), FaceFX can get a little aggressive and close the figure's jaw more than should be allowed. We are actively working to identify which of the many face slider combinations are problematic and address them. Using /bug in game when you experience this would be very helpful to us to identify them.

    Spaghetti legs (great description, btw!): This happens when the movement (walk, run, etc.) animations become de-synchronized and you end up in a weird, unintentionally hilarious walk or run cycle. The tough part is identifying exactly when it happens and what's causing it. I've had reports of exiting emotes or crafting tables potentially leading to this but have had mixed success reproducing the issue. If/when it happens, sending a /bug in-game briefly mentioning what you were doing at the time it happened would be extremely helpful.

    Monsters running through solid objects: Again, there could be a number of causes to this like the object's collision being set incorrectly or the server misidentifying a location as safe for the monster to go. Again, /bug at the location you experience this will allow us to go in and see exactly what's happening.

    Finally, Nightblade's "Sneak Attack" and morphs: Before I dig into this, are you referring to "Veiled Strike?"

    There is a 2-3 second delay when starting to craft certain items.

    STATUS: Investigating

    Someone might have already pointed this out, but it seems to happen only when your are crafting something for the writs. Maybe the system is taking a bit longer than it should to work and mark off completion of item while also doing it's crafting thing?

    Also: Huge issue with weapon swapping which I filed a bug report on already, but the game is freezing sometimes when swapping. One time it will be a one or two second freeze, sometimes more. During the boss fight for BC pledge the other night I counted 36 seconds of freeze just for a weapon swap while I was supposed to be tanking. Group loved that.

    (Yes, computer is good, drivers updated, etc. Problem started with latest patch)

    @ZoS_EdLynch Thanks for responding, though I am a little disappointed no comment came from the lower general loot drop rates issue (Snippy snip snip).

    First I'll comment about the spaghetti legs issue. Its hard to pin down so sending a bug when it happens may require video evidence of it happening. I've seen it after doing some emotes, yes, but also seemingly at random while running around. Coming to a full stop always fixes it. I'll have to keep an eye out for it to report it in a more proper ticket. Last time it happened I was in Wayrest next to the fountain (have you gotten reports about the bald naked female NPC at that fountain yet) showing off some dance emotes to my sister (who had to admit they were nice and some were silly). I decide to move on and do a quick quest and noticed the legs were doing the spaghetti noodle thing.

    And secondly the Nightblade Surprise Attack thing. I rerfer to the morph of Veiled Strike by this name, yes. I like opening with it in solo PvE to get an initial burst out from Stealth/Sneak to stun them, then follow up with a heavy attack to lay them out. If they manage to live through that, I'll just end it with an Impale, though I like to avoid using more magicka than I have to to put down a mob.

    And I also wonder about the quest The Prismatic Core. If you are a Sorc and you get to the point in the quest where you are reliving the events of the past through the eyes of an Alyied,you can actually break the "disguise" by using the Bound Armor skill. I went from dark elf female to Alyied male and back to dark elf female just by using the bound armor. Whoops. The poor Alyied didn't get a model that has a bound armor skin.

    So the fixes to XP are going to be in a patch but not a hot fix?

    Why is this? It seems like XP is important enough quick fix that it should kinda be resolved as soon as possible instead of having players do 4 times the work to level for the next 6 days.

    like to report game crashes during the daggerfall storyline trips into npc's dreams i have had a massive crash from eso atleast once per visit to the dream of an npc godrun, emeric , durak etc having to redo the quest over every time....

    also adding this same thing happens in craglorn after 10-20 mins game hard crashes while doing anything in craglorn could be combat dying armor crafting chatting just abruptly happens 10 mins into craglorn.

    Hi there, have the same issues..after playing a while, "freezing" starts with a few seconds, duration grows with every weapon swap till i have to shut down the game..noticed high cpu peeks while that happens...

    Also glad someone has brought this up. Our guild is currently attempting Sanctum Ophidia - the first boss is almost untankable. Our tank randomly loses his taunt on the boss, and it then takes a wonder and one-shots someone else. Its very frustrating when trying to progress on a boss fight!

    I would really like to see this on the list of known issues - because it definitely needs investigating.

    Hi @ZOS_EdLynch‌, I can definitely answer that question of when the "spaghetti noodle" or "roller skating" legs occur, at least for me. I have a mod called "simple helmet toggle" which allows you, with the press of a key, to toggle whether you want your helmet shown or not. Well, while running, when I press this key and let's say I hide my helmet, my character will start doing the "spaghetti noodle" dance every time. Or when it I toggle the helmet back on while running it will do this as well. My characters running animation will only reset back to normal if I stop moving, then start running again, or if I jump. I haven't tried swapping weapons yet, but I've been told by others that this works. I'm not sure if that helps pinpoint where the error is but at least it is reproducible under these exact circumstances every time. Whereas prior to patch 1.5 going live, I did not have this issue at all, and yes I had the same exact mod which allowed me to toggle the showing of my helmet. And indeed I used to toggle this option while running around.

    Provisioning writ issue. This is on a new character. The requirement was for one item she does have the recipe for and for one item she does not have the recipe or ingredients for. I tried abandoning the quest and was unable to do so. She has no way to get either the recipe or the ingredients, she is level 4 orc in glenumbra and it's asking for bog-iron ale (only found on Betnikh if I remember correctly)

    You need to be issuing writs the player can actually complete if this is going to work.

    This happens when I am crafting ANYTHING. I haven't even accepted the writs quests yet.

    Also I have seen this noted by others but it's not noted on the front post so I will mention this:

    The lag in cyrodiil is unplayable. It takes over 30 seconds to cast "Snipe", you just run around with your bow drawn. Even light attacks become impossible. Left game tonight due to frustration with this.


    Next - please fix taunts. It seems that targets randomly lose the taunt, usually as they are about to start a different attack. This adds to the problems as it is usually those attacks that the tank is supposed to take.

    Steps
    1) Enter sneak mode.
    2) Get close enough to an enemy's rear or side flank without being detected.
    3) Use Veiled Strike (for me it is Surprise Attack).
    4) Follow up with a heavy attack from a Restoration Staff.
    5) Watch the animation break or go bonkers halfway through.

    The remaining half of the animation isn't completed so the remaining damage from the attempted heavy attack is not delivered properly. The enemy isn't knocked down from the heavy attack as a result and as seen in the video, they get up and go right after you (the ones that didn't die from the first half of the follow-up attack that is).

    Templar's charge skill still has an unlisted global cooldown, which makes it inferior to all other charge skills.

    The 2H skill Brawler doesn't refresh it's damage shield on activation. As long as there is one on you already, the secondary effect does nothing.

    Any information on the low population bonus giving more points than possible to earn for 100% map control?

    Right now EU Thornblade is really suffering because of the crazy number of points AD are able to score when not even online.

    They tend to use hot fixes to correct server side problems of the highest priority. I suspect that the XP fix involves both the server and the client and is more involved and more complicated. Patch.

    This is why I think Monday, although, for the sake of my fellow players, I would hope that they would do an out-of-cycle patch if all the parts come together sooner than Monday.

    Does this include back filling for those of us currently affected ? I have done all my world bosses and dollomons and my shard instances after the patch which i had left and instead of getting 70-90k per boss/event i have 20k exp TOTAL which should have been 1.1 million
