Error 206 PatchManifestError_UnzipFailed

I was just playing in game, and when switching characters, the loading screen became apparently stuck. After Waiting about 10 minutes, I forced closed the client, and now I'm stuck with this error.

I don't understand how closing the client could cause any problems with the files currently on my PC. Can someone please assist me with this?

So, I'm still not sure what happened exactly, but the client just started working again, as quickly as it stopped. Hopefully this was a one-time thing and won't persist.

I don't see an option to close or remove this post, but it seems the issue is resolved for now

It will persist. I've had this problem for the last 2 months. ZOS still takes my money though.
